HISTORICAL FICTION ENTRY
In the past, HTe was a big pool and two gyms. I can imagine the recruits going to the gym to be strong. It’s likely that Seal Team 6 trained in the pool. The recruits learned how to use their own pants as floaties in case the ship were to sink. The recruits learned how to fill their pants with air. They also had to tie the ends so the air would not come out. I can imagine it was fun for them. After all that training they would feel tired and ready to go to sleep.

COMMUNITY CONNECTION
The name of the place is HTe. Kids can go there to learn. HTe is on Cushing Road and it is a good place for your kids. You get to do a lot of projects or jobs and all of the classes have a nook. HTe helps community by making things for others. Another way HTe helps is by having students dance and do art. HTe is an elementary school that makes learning fun.

INTERVIEW (present day worker)
Ms. Anne is the Director of HTe. Her job is to keep people safe. One time, I saw 2 kids arguing, but Ms. Anne helped solve the problem. She started working here in January, 2015. Her favorite thing to do here is to help kids with projects. I interviewed Ms. Anne and it helped us with this project. Did you know Mr. Larry Rosenstock is Ms. Anne’s boss? Mr. Larry Rosenstock helped make all of the High Tech schools become the High Tech schools. Ms. Anne has one kid who goes to HTe. Her name is Sophie, she is 11 and in 5th grade. I’m glad Ms. Anne is at our school.

KID CONNECTION
HTe is a great school for kids because I go to school there and we do projects. We did one about toys and another one about Liberty Station. Kids go to other classes like Outdoor Leadership, Art and Dance and Engineering! We have a playground for kids to play! I like the playground because it has a web! There is also a slide and a ladder sticking together. There is also a swing that goes forward and backwards! Kids love this school because it is a great school for kids!
